The Role As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating a diverse range of technical projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This is a hybrid role, combining home and office work with some meetings in the London area. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate the successful delivery of multiple IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. Work closely with the finance team to ensure project finances are reconciled. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues to Directors and stakeholders where necessary. Provide timely updates and status reports to stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication. Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices. What You’ll Need to Succeed Proven experience in an MSP or IT consultancy environment where you have project managed multiple projects – you understand the challenges and pace of managed services Strong technical understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity solutions. Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders. A flexible and adaptable approach, able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Certifications (highly desirable): PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, ITIL.
