What skills and experience we're looking for
Acorns Primary School, in the beautiful village of Long Compton and part of The Stour Federation multi academy trust in south Warwickshire with Shipston Primary School, Brailes C of E Primary School and Kineton C of E Primary School, is looking for an excellent full-time teacher in Key Stage 1 or Lower Key Stage 2 from 1st January 2025. Class 1 is a mixed Year 1 and Year 2 class. Class 2 is a mixed Year 3 and Year 4 class. Our pupil admission number is 15 per year group.

We are looking for an inspiring and professionally thoughtful candidate who must be able to use a range of pedagogical techniques and appropriate strategies to see the needs of all children.
To be the successful candidate, you will need to have good experience of working in school, have an excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and be both creative and passionate about learning. You must have high expectations for children's outcomes.
Applications are most welcome from Early Career teachers as well as more experienced teachers or aspiring middle leaders - a full supportive package will be provided, including coaching, mentoring, curriculum resources and working alongside Trust Improvement Leaders.
