As SHEQ Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) across the UK Reporting directly to the Head of SHEQ, you’ll be on the front lines, providing hands-on support to operational sites, driving robust compliance management systems, and championing risk reduction strategies that make a real difference. This is not just a support role—it’s a chance to be a trusted expert, offering competent advice, innovative solutions, and technical expertise to help shape a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You’ll build strong relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging cutting-edge IT systems to streamline processes and ensure operational excellence. Your insights will be crucial in producing timely, accurate reports that inform strategic decisions. Most importantly, you’ll embody and promote InPost’s core values and behaviours, making a lasting impact on the business. Location: Primarily based along the M62 corridor, with occasional travel beyond. Impact: Directly contribute to making our operations safer, more efficient, and fully compliant. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent IEMA Certificate or equivalent Experience carrying out detailed incident investigations to identify root causes and improvements Coaching/Training qualification or experience Working knowledge of ISO standards Working knowledge of quality managements tools and techniques Working knowledge of how to effect behavioural change SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDING PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL Full and current UK driving license Nationwide travel & occasional overnight stays (as required) Available to work varying shift patterns (Day & Night and Weekends) On 24-hour call The InPost process: We pride ourselves on our candidate experience.
