Job Description
Wood is seeking to recruit a NEXUS Deployment Manager – EMEA to join our Intelligent Assets Solutions team within our Digital Consulting business unit. The NEXUS Deployment Manager shall manage and lead a multi-discipline team, responsible for the deployment, configuration, and operational support of the Wood Asset Performance Management software suite, NEXUS.
This position is open to applications from across the UK, on a hybrid working basis.
The Role
The holder of this role shall have a key position in supporting our clients through their digital transformation journey, working closely with each client to deploy and configure a digital solution that provides an optimal asset performance management system.
The NEXUS Deployment Manager will lead a team of highly skilled technical professionals with a range of specialisms including engineering and digital disciplines. In this role, you will support and mentor the team members, helping them achieve their career goals and objectives.

Responsibilities
* Leads software deployment and configuration teams to ensure the successful delivery of Wood software into client's operational environments.
* Managing and leading multi-discipline teams to achieve specific business outcomes, developing delivery packages within agreed time schedules and budget.
* Acting as the primary interface with the client, ensuring their needs are understood and providing them with consulting support to ensure they receive optimised technical solutions.
* Promoting a Digital Consulting mindset within the NEXUS deployment team, ensuring that client engagement is vibrant and focused on building strong client relationships.
* Work with project managers, software product owners, and business managers to ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with Wood procedures and that customer relationships are maintained with clear communication and updates.
* Working collaboratively with the Global Product Success Lead to support the continuous improvement of the NEXUS product and to provide resources to support development initiatives.
* Providing customers with training and advice on the use and application of the Wood software products to ensure they are successfully adopted into the customer's business.
* Acting as the long-term customer interface, providing them with consultancy support for modifications and enhancements that can be introduced to their software during its life cycle with the customer.

* Tertiary level technical qualification in computing science/engineering. Alternative suitable qualifications with suitable experience shall also be considered.
* Experience of project and operational working environments, applicable to the Wood customer base.
