As a Social Value Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role within the PeoplePlus Social Value Services division, driving the design, delivery, and growth of impactful social value solutions. You’ll work alongside a talented team to shape and implement creative initiatives that address societal challenges, empowering clients to achieve their social value ambitions. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with some of the largest employers in the country, alongside regional and national partners. Whether you bring a strong background in social value or transferable experience in employability, apprenticeships, or other related sectors, we will provide the necessary training to help you excel. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver innovative, impactful social value solutions that align with clients’ ambitions. Lead and support social value consultancy activities as part of a dynamic team. Build and nurture strong relationships with local, regional, and national partners to support initiatives. Collaborate with Social Value Services directors and the Business Development Team to grow client accounts and ensure exceptional satisfaction. Contribute to strategic planning and identify growth opportunities to advance the employer engagement strategy. Monitor, evaluate, and report on social value initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement.
