A leading UK law firm, based in Cardiff, is seeking an experienced Senior Associate in Commercial Litigation to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of commercial disputes, including contractual issues, shareholder and corporate conflicts, professional negligence, fraud, and regulatory matters. You will lead litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, managing cases from inception through to resolution. This involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, ensuring a high standard of technical accuracy, and providing strategic risk management advice tailored to clients' needs.
A key aspect of the position is mentoring and supervising junior associates.
