We're recruiting experienced dedicated and compassionate Care Workers to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care to our clients in and around the Stoke area.
You'll be providing care and support to a 15 year old female, who's individual needs include:
1. Significant mobility and cognitive difficulties
2. Moderate global development delay
3. Severe learning disability
4. Epilepsy - Rescue Medications (very stable at present)
5. Mickey button for top up feeds and all meds and hydration. Does still eat orally.
Our client enjoys sensory play, she enjoys cooking with family and going out to places such as Trentham Gardens. She also enjoys swimming and rebound (trampolining for disabled children). She currently takes part in these activities at school.
This package of care is new and it is to help out Mom and Step-Mom as they have a younger child, therefore want the carer to be able to support our client in the morning to get ready for school and after school and get her ready for bed.
Weekend care will initially be alongside Mom and then when they are confident they have access to our client's mobility vehicle to take her out.
Working hours:
Week 1:
Monday - Friday 7am - 9am
Monday - Thursday 2:30pm - 5:30pm

We provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Care Worker in the Specialist Team.
