Due to their growth this year they are looking to hire a Bid Manager with a Construction / M&E / FMbackground. The Bid Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the bid process from tender identification to submittal and contract award. Theyspecialise in delivering services in Social Housing, Facilities Management, and Commercial Industries across the UK and Ireland. Day to Day: Lead and manage all aspects of the bid process from pre-qualification to contract award. Winning bid strategies and coordination of response requirements. Working alongside Business Development and CEO/COO to build relationships. Lead and manage all aspects of the bid process from pre-qualification to contract award. Coordinate the production of bid documents and presentations. Manage the bid database - operate post bid reviews to continually improve the process. Monitor and report on bid performance and outcomes. Experience & Qualifications: 5 years of experience in Bid Management within Construction. Experience working on public sector and local authority tenders. Degree educated in relevant field and experienced on Bid Software. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to resolve problems and make accurate business decisions. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Strong track record of developing stakeholder relationships at a senior level. UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
