About The Role
The Group Fleet & Insights Operations (GD&IO) team are recruiting for a Group Fleet Strategy Project Manager on a full-time basis until March 2026.
What you could be doing:
* You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Volkswagen Group (VWG) Fleet Strategy and drive the strategic direction of the Fleet Business Centre.
* This leadership role is pivotal in managing cross-functional collaboration across VWG brands, Volkswagen Financial Services, and Group Fleet International.
* You will also be responsible for the alignment of Group Fleet owned service partner contracts to achieve seamless and efficient delivery of service.
Skills and experience you can bring to the role:
* Strategic and creative thinker who can see the bigger picture whilst still maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong financial and business acumen with the ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on operational management.
* Build relationships and engage effectively up to board level and be comfortable negotiating and directing as needed.
* Strong analytical skills and experienced at quickly processing large volumes of information, identifying key insights and assessing impact.
* Proven success at driving results by leading and managing others.
* High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance whilst managing conflicting priorities.
