In this role you will provide creative landscape planning and landscape design input across projects. You will work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders - working collaboratively with Landscape Architects and colleagues from across our multi-disciplinary teams. You'll play an important part in contributing to the project work of our Landscape Architecture team. Some of your responsibilities will include: - preparing landscape / townscape and visual appraisals and contributing to impact assessments - preparing landscape conceptual, outline and detailed designs and contributing to the creation of environmental mitigation design proposals - providing input to fee proposals - undertaking field and visual survey work for projects across the UK - inputting to or preparing landscape specifications and management plans As a Registered Practice of the Landscape Institute, we will help you further develop your career, working within a supportive environment and alongside around 60 landscape professionals across the UK. About you You may have recently achieved your chartership, or currently be progressing on the Landscape Institute Pathway to Chartership (P2C). Support and mentoring will be provided for your P2C and career development for those that require it. You will either have an undergraduate degree plus post-graduate Diploma in Landscape Architecture or relevant subject, or a Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, and have post graduate work experience within a landscape architecture practice or working on landscape projects within a multi-disciplinary consultancy. You will have knowledge of current UK planning and environmental assessment legislation. You will have the ability to develop designs, write reports, and be confident working with industry software including AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Adobe Software (Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign) or similar software packages.
