The Copthorne Hotel Slough-Windsor are seeking a professional and friendly Reception Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
As Reception Supervisor your key responsibilities include:
* Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally, ensuring an outstanding guest experience.
* Monitor room availability, manage booking systems, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Act as the point of contact for escalated issues and handle any unforeseen situations with efficiency and calm.
* Oversee daily front desk activities, ensuring smooth and efficient check-ins, check-outs, and guest interactions.
* Train, mentor, and schedule reception staff, ensuring all team members meet high standards of service and professionalism.
* Ensure all front desk procedures adhere to company policies, security standards, and quality requirements.
As Reception Supervisor the essential skills required:
* Reception Supervisor experience in a 4-star hospitality establishment
* Outstanding customer service skills.
* Good organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure
* Passionate and have can do attitude
* The ability to work as part of a team.
* Experience working with Opera PMS and Opera Cloud.
