Are you a motivated, customer-focused individual with a knack for administration and sales support? We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join a UK leading manufacturing company! In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers, colleagues, and suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities as a Sales Administrator:
1. Customer Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers, ensuring maximum satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Sales Order Processing: Efficiently manage the order process from receipt to completion, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Goods Return Processing: Handle customer return requests and ensure returns are processed efficiently and professionally.
4. Non-Technical Enquiries: Respond promptly and helpfully to customer inquiries, addressing non-technical issues and providing support as needed.
5. System and Database Management: Regularly update company systems and databases to ensure accurate records and smooth order processing.
6. Customer Outreach: Actively contact customers to build rapport and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained.
7. Admin Support: Assist the department with administrative duties, including placing orders with suppliers and chasing progress to ensure timely delivery.
8. Timely Responses: Always respond to requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly.
9. Exceptional Service: Maintain high standards of customer service, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
10. Continuous Improvement: Follow company procedures while identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
11. Flexibility: Adapt to the evolving needs of the business and take on additional duties as required.
