The role will be varied combining office management with administrative support where no two days are the same. The role of Office Manager: Oversee the daily operations of the office Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities Provide administrative support to the leadership team Liaise with vendors Handle incoming and outgoing mail Organise team events and social activities Maintain filing systems and office documentation Travel booking, including arranging travel itineraries, flights, hotels, and logistics Schedule and coordinate board meetings, preparing agendas, and collating board reports Assist with HR admin The ideal Office Manager: Previous experience in a similar position Self motivated, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills Ability to pick up processes and systems quickly Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs is beneficial
