Role Responsibilities for a Credit Controller: We are currently seeking an additional Credit Controller to join our Finance Department in our Manchester office. You will be reporting to the Credit Control Manager and working alongside one other credit controller and the wider finance team. You will have previous experience within a Credit Controller position. You will be highly motivated and can work on your own initiative and as part of a team. Main Responsibilities for a Credit Controller: Chasing outstanding monies via telephone and email Helping to resolve accounts queries. Being responsible for credit checking customers Setting credit limit and payment terms Raising credit notes Maintaining and updating customer master file for name and address changes Analysing and posting incoming customer payments onto Customer accounts Processing purchase invoices Requesting remittances from customers and reconcile account differences. Attending monthly 1-2-1s regarding aged debtors Qualification Profile for a Credit Controller: Credit control experience is essential. Strong communication and customer service skills Great attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy Experience of accounting software SAP would be an advantage.
