The Salvation Army, Southsea Corps is looking to recruit a part time cleaner for our corps (church) buildings Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that the buildings are clean, neat and tidy and ready for use while maintaining a safe working environment at all times. Attention to detail and good communication skills are essential. You will be required to work to an agreed cleaning schedule in accordance with our Health & Safety procedures and COSHH requirements. T
The successful candidate(s) will have:
Previous experience in cleaning and the proper use of cleaning equipment
Knowledge of relevant health & safety requirements and Procedures
Ability to work effectively, to a high standard and with minimal supervision
Able to follow a cleaning schedule to ensure the building is cleaned on a weekly basis.
Candidates must also be committed to the values, aims and ethos of The Salvation Army.
