The IT Architecture Support role is responsible for assisting the IT Architecture team in delivering and maintaining the IT architecture vision, roadmap, and baseline for the organization. The role involves working closely with the IT Architecture Lead and other IT architects to manage the architecture backlog, ensure alignment with the strategic roadmap, and produce high-quality architecture deliverables and visions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Architecture Backlog Management: The IT Architecture Support role helps to prioritize, track, and update the architecture backlog items, ensuring they are clear, concise, and aligned with the architecture principles and standards.
2. Baseline Management: Supports maintaining and updating the architecture baseline, documenting and communicating changes and impacts, and performing quality checks and audits on architecture artifacts.
3. Strategic Roadmap: Contributes to the development and communication of the IT architecture strategic roadmap, identifying and analyzing gaps and opportunities.
4. Architecture Deliverables and Visions: Assists in producing and presenting architecture deliverables, creating and refining architecture diagrams, models, views, and documents.
