Prestige Plumbing is a new build plumbing and heating contractor. The role will be working within our Customer Care Department alongside existing members of staff dealing with new build homeowners and national developers.
Duties:
1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients with defects in their new build homes.
2. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
4. Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records.
5. Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
6. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary.
7. Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.
8. Liaise with the procurement team about replacement materials and label them when received.
9. Invoicing and pricing chargeable customer care works.
10. General office duties - filing, photocopying, invoicing, providing holiday cover.
Essential Requirements:
1. Strong communication skills in English.
2. Proficient in data entry and computer skills.
3. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, both verbally and in writing.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
5. We expect you to have held a customer care position within a National or Regional New Build Housing Developer or worked within a New Build Plumbing and Heating Company. This is not a trainee or assistant role.
