As a local agency of NFU Mutual, we deliver a first-class service and sell their product range across our region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do. An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the xx Agency.
About the role:
1. Handling general customer enquiries, policy alterations and renewals by phone.
2. Selling new NFU Mutual insurance policies to our existing insurance clients and new customers.
3. Introducing NFU Mutual Financial Services products to new and existing customers.
4. Providing support to the rest of the team when needed.
5. Supporting with general office administration duties.
About you:
1. Demonstrating the drive, energy, and enthusiasm required to provide a fantastic customer experience to our existing and prospective clients.
2. A proficient IT user with good interpersonal and communication skills.
3. A positive ‘can do’ attitude to problem solving and a liking for working in a customer support and sales environment. Embracing compliance requirements and having a meticulous eye for detail is essential.
4. A minimum of GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
5. The ability to learn new systems, products, processes, and skills.
