Application Requirements:
• Experience working with children, particularly those with challenging behaviours.
• A passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn and grow in your role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
• Implementing personalised learning plans and strategies to help students succeed.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to create inclusive and stimulating learning environments.
• Monitoring and tracking student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Encouraging positive behaviours and fostering a respectful classroom atmosphere.
