What You Will Be Doing:
* Overseeing the management of forests, properties, and contracts to ensure alignment with client objectives and adherence to silvicultural standards.
* Driving business development to identify new opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Championing nature-based solutions to contribute to Scotland's climate resilience efforts.
* Ensuring projects are completed to target, on time, and within budget.
What You Need:
* A background in the forestry or land-based sector, with strong knowledge of the UK Forestry Standard and UKWAS.
* Proven commercial acumen and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
* A degree or diploma in Forestry or a related land-based field.
* Professional membership of the Institute of Chartered Foresters or a relevant professional body (desirable).
* IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent qualifications (e.g., Manager's CSCS card or SMSTS competency).
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Full UK driving licence.
