Role: Locum Pharmacist Banding: Band 7/8a Location: Darlington Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until the 31st of December 2024 Hours: Full-time, 08:30AM - 17:00PM, Monday to Friday Rate: £28 - £39 per hour The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Pharmacist to join our team in Darlington. This role is available immediately and will continue until the end of December 2024. Key Responsibilities: You will dispense medications accurately and efficiently. You will provide expert advice on the use of medications. You will ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines. You will manage and supervise pharmacy staff. You will maintain accurate patient records. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Requirements: Education and Qualifications: GPhC Registered. 1 year pre-registration training. Master’s degree in pharmacy (MPharm) accredited by the GPhC. Prior NHS hospital experience, particularly in clinical ward areas. Previous experience working in an NHS hospital setting is essential. Previous experience in a similar role. Skills and Knowledge: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
