The Logistical Admin Support Worker provides logistical underpinning to community Nursing teams across Primary care networks, supporting and enabling the teams to focus on patient-facing care. They are a key member of the team who supports the functionality of teams contributing to the provision of high-quality care. The role has many requirements including:
1. Ordering equipment on the NHS procurement Web page
2. Managing stock levels of dressing and equipment
3. Maintaining other databases that ensure the team is delivering care safely and effectively
4. Supporting the District Nurse to manage and provide an effective workspace
This role also requires you to visit various locations across Airedale in order to pick up or deliver documents/equipment from other teams.

The Administration Assistant will provide efficient, effective, and high-quality administrative support to District Nursing and community matron teams in a community setting.
Responsibilities include:
1. Using e-technologies to improve ways of working within the team
2. Participating in the maintenance of effective office systems, identifying improvements to enhance individual, team, and service performance
3. Collecting information required for statistical analysis and collating information for forwarding to the relevant team
4. Recording and inputting relevant data onto the computer as directed
5. Maintaining data quality at all times, ensuring accurate information is recorded on the Patient Administration System
6. Assisting in maintaining adequate supplies of stock items within the Teams
7. Ensuring the work area is appropriate and fit for purpose
8. Following Trust and departmental policies and procedures including HR policies, operating procedures, and financial policies
9. Contributing to the management of service risks and governance
10. Supporting project work within the function as identified by the management team
11. Undertaking duties in line with role banding and level of competence
12. Acting as an ambassador for administration services displaying exemplary role model behaviors
