Outpatient services include behavioral health, nursing, and psychiatric assessment, stabilization and medication maintenance services as well as crisis intervention services, awareness, education, and recovery groups.

Position Overview: As an RBT, you will play a key role in supporting individuals during crisis situations, implementing behavior strategies, and fostering a safe and structured environment focused on healing and skill-building. The hourly wage for this position is between $22.00-$26.00 per hour.
Location/Schedule:
750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA Monday-Friday and Every Other Weekend 7am-7pm – 7pm-7am.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement individualized behavior support plans to encourage positive behavioral change.
* Model ABA-based intervention techniques for staff.
* Track and document behavioral data to measure progress and guide treatment.
Required Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* Certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or with individuals with IDD.
