At our ARU Writtle campus, we specialise in animal, environmental, agricultural and horticultural courses, for learners aged 16 to 18, adult learners, undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The Role:
About the role:
As a Curriculum Team Leader, and a member of the college's middle management team, you will be responsible for managing a team of lecturers, visiting officers and technicians, ensuring that all students benefit from a high quality and innovative learning experience. This will include day to day resource management and addressing of staff/student concerns. As the leader of the team, you will represent the area at meetings and events to internal and external stakeholders and may be required to deputise for the Curriculum Area Manager. This role includes working with industry partner CNH Industrial and their extensive dealer network across the country to deliver high class apprenticeship programmes.
To be successful in your application you will have an understanding of apprenticeship programmes, and a degree/professional qualification in a relevant subject area and teaching experience, with ability to communicate with stakeholders at a variety of levels. Experience of resource management, self-assessment report writing and quality assurance of teaching, learning and assessment whilst not essential would be advantageous.
