Service Manager (Transformation) (RP0115) Starting salary £49,123pa with potential progression to £52,279pa on achieving designated skills and experience 37 hours per week (hybrid working) We are seeking a driven and ambitious Transformation Manager to join our team.With a passion of driving service improvements, you will play a key role in advancing our Transformation Strategy. You will bring strong influencing and collaboration skills, working closely with both the Senior Management Team and services teams across the council to drive positive change across our key transformation priorities: Customer Experience and Channel Shift Technology and Automation Culture and Workforce Project Management and Service Improvement Data and Performance With the customer at the centre of everything we do, you will lead efforts to transform our customer service approach and oversee improvements in complaints performance. We are seeking a skilled project manager with substantial experience in leading projects and programmes that bring together people, technology, and processes..
