The Governing Body of High Cross Primary School is seeking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic Deputy Headteacher who has energy, enthusiasm, and vision to assist the Headteacher in leading this highly successful school. This role requires someone who has strong strategic leadership skills and is an excellent classroom teacher.
The successful candidate will:
1. Be an exemplary classroom practitioner with proven curriculum leadership skills
2. Have strong leadership qualities and significant management experience
3. Be an innovative and strategic thinker
4. Have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

8. Be an enthusiastic supporter of Curriculum for Wales and have an understanding of assessment and progression
9. Be happy to commit to the wider life of the school

Lesson observations are scheduled for Monday 12th May & Wednesday 14th May 2025 (successful candidates will progress to the interview stage).
