Job Title: Lead Planning, Monitoring & Control Professional - Controls

Salary: From £45,628 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
* Performing advanced project reporting & scheduling
* Undertaking advanced problem solving typically based on previous experience
* Attending on the job training as appropriate.
* Consolidating expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives, supporting and promoting development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation
* Leading a small team with the ability to deliver with limited guidance from the Line Manager
Your skills and experiences:
* Demonstratable experience within project controls
* Experience in Microsoft office in particular Excel
* Previous experience in line management
* Experience in stakeholder management on all levels
* Professional project management qualification such as APM is desirable

The SSNA Reporting & Governance team:
This position will provide a fantastic opportunity to work on multibillion pound long term complex programme. You'll be working with stakeholders across various organisations and leading teams comprised of individuals from multiple organisations. This role offers options working in the design phase of the SSNA programme or the SSNA infrastructure project, as well as opportunities for future career development. We offer relocation support packages across all Submarines roles, subject to meeting eligibility criteria.
