With the opportunity to work at Blues, Monday - Friday, this is a great opportunity for driven individuals to succeed in a fast and innovative hospitality venue.
We are looking for outstanding, customer-focused individuals to join a world-leading food and facilities management company, which can offer unrivaled opportunities for career progression.
* All products and food items are prepared and served as per pre-agreed food specifications.
* All food items for service are present, portion-controlled as per Head & Executive Chefs' instructions.
* Correct use of equipment/utilization is adhered to.
* Ensure and maintain the quality of food prep, production, and presentation within the venue.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen.
* Perform visual hazard checks of the kitchen.
* Wear correct PPE throughout the shift, including full uniform (blue trousers & tops), and safety shoes at all times.
* Kitchen cleanse to the standard of EHO requirements.
* Previous chef experience required.
* Basic knowledge of food hygiene.
