We are seeking an Insurance Account Handler to join our highly successful client, a rapidly expanding insurance business located in the heart of Plymouth city centre. With over 700 clients and counting, they are looking for someone to help take their service to new heights.
Job Details:
* Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum
* Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 9:00-17:00 (overtime can be discussed)

Responsibilities include:
* Managing renewals, invoicing, and client payments
* Producing new quotes
* Upselling and cross-selling additional products
* Handling midterm adjustments
* Responding promptly and professionally to client queries to ensure satisfaction
* General administrative duties within the office
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
* Previous experience as an account handler or similar role within the insurance industry is essential
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong client relationships
* Proficiency in insurance software and CRM systems
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CII) are advantageous
