Salary: Management Scale, Points 3 – 7, £43,130 - £48,267 per annum
Contract: Management Contract, Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37 hrs per week
Annual Leave: 36 per annum plus statutory Bank Holidays

About the role
To manage the maintenance and development of mechanical, electrical & property maintenance across Middlesbrough College campus buildings, estate and teams.
Minimum Requirements:
* Essential – relevant technical qualification.
* Essential - grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
* Desirable – apprenticeship background.
* Desirable – leadership & Management qualification.
* Essential – a commitment to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role.
