Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be working with a long-standing client in Bradford as they look to appoint a HR Advisor on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Controller, this role plays a crucial part in supporting the entire employee life cycle from recruitment onboarding, employee relations, engagement to offboarding. As a HR Advisor, your role will include:
1. Developing the on-boarding and off-boarding process
2. Managing the employee benefits scheme including research and appraise any potential enhancements to the company benefits package
3. Managing employee relations and provide support to management regarding absence, disciplinary/grievances and performance management
4. Co-ordinate training and development
5. Managing the recruitment process, supporting with advertising, interviewing and selection
6. Administering documentation including offer letters, contracts of employment, job descriptions and other communications
7. Reviewing & maintaining policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the latest legislation whilst remaining consistent with the employee handbook
8. Producing monthly MI and statistics reports that effectively measure the HR inputs, costs and successes
9. Maintaining employee records and holidays
10. Conducting weekly payroll, ensuring timesheets and payslips are correct
