YourRole:
* To lead thePeople Services Team in the delivery of a comprehensive operationalHR service (People Services) centred around quality of service andcustomer experience.
* Actively champion theshared central service across the business promoting the PeopleServices Team as a credible onestop shop for generalist HR advicesupport and guidance.
* Lead coach and developthe People Services Team and support decisions relating to talenthiring performance and disciplinary matters. Actively seekopportunities to assist the team in developing their own HRcompetence.
* Champion a strong continuousimprovement culture within the People Services Team ensuring thedeployment of scalable simplified and standardisedprocesses.
* Act as People Service Team SMEaligning HR & People Services operations with lawregulations and companypolicy.
What WereLooking For:
* Qualifications: CIPDqualification to level 5.
* DrivingLicence: Full UK valid drivinglicence required.
* Experience: Experienced andcredible HR professional with demonstrable experience working in ashared service environment as well as sound proven knowledge ofemployment legislation and experience and working knowledge of HRsystems.
* Skills: Excellentorganisation and communication skills both written and spoken apractical and proactive approach with the ability to showinitiative and pay attention to detail and the ability to takeresponsibility for successfully completing tasks to a highstandard.
