Job Description Assistant Practitioner 37.5 hours per week Salary: Up to £27,000 We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Assistant Practitioner with a Level 5 Foundation Degree in Assistant Practitioner (Healthcare) to join our client's team. The successful candidate will have experience working in healthcare and preferably in a specialist service such as Neuro or Palliative care. Maintain high care standards by adhering to guidelines, challenging poor practices, and supporting staff development. Ensure continuity of care through clear communication and timely reporting of any changes in service users' conditions. Promote choice, encourage feedback, and support service users in having their voices heard in care decisions. Foster a culture of safety by enabling staff to challenge unsafe practices through appropriate channels.
