ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Assist with the Project Manager on day to day running of site and planning on upcoming works.
2. Attend main contractor weekly site meetings along with the Project Manager
3. Assist in compiling weekly internal progress report.
4. Fill out weekly Health and safety paperwork (LOLER, PUWER, HAVS reports etc).
5. Compile daily allocation sheets. Comprise the info from the foremen daily on work carried out ensuring that any variation work is captured accurately and conveyed to the Quantity Surveyor.
6. Compile RAMS for activities, working alongside Project Manager and Foremen.
7. Provide main contractor monthly environmental reports on material brought in and out of site
8. Attend planning meetings along with Project Manager.
9. Be a presence onsite to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with company Quality Assurance and Health & Safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS
10. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field.
11. 1-2 years of experience in project management or a related field within construction
12. Strong organizational and time management skills.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
15. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
