OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE - • A friendly, approachable presence that ensures guests feel at ease around the clock • Dependability and punctuality, with the ability to collaborate effectively overnight alongside a colleague • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude when engaging with guests or team members • Previous experience in a guest-facing role is desirable IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES YOU CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL - • Assist with the Night Audit, ensuring all reports and records are accurate and up to date • Handle security and emergency procedures like a pro, ensuring guest and staff safety at all times • Provide a clear and detailed handover to the early staff/Duty Manager, keeping operations smooth • Conduct Health & Safety checks and Night Walks, ensuring everything is in top shape • Assist with the setup and preparation of the breakfast service to deliver a seamless guest experience • Carry out cleaning tasks in all hotel public areas to maintain high hygiene and presentation standards for the day ahead • Ensure the meeting rooms are set up to the required standards for forthcoming functions. • Handle room service orders such as sandwiches or bar drinks for in house guests during the night.
