Talent-UK are recruiting on behalf of their client who have sites in West Yorkshire and the Padiham-Burnley area for a rentals/fleet sales coordinator on a full-time, permanent basis.
Role and Responsibilities
You'll work very closely with our Head of Rental, helping secure new business, maintain, and grow existing business, whilst also being involved operationally to ensure vehicles arrive on time to our customers.
After an initial bedding-in period where you will be shown the ropes and given all the tools to succeed, you will be expected to:
1. Call and secure appointments for the sales team whilst also building your own database of new customers to increase revenues (40-50% of the role).
2. Communicate with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and explore growth areas within their business.
3. Order vehicles from our wide range of suppliers in line with customers' requirements.
4. Book in and inspect a wide range of vehicles.
5. Study stock reports from suppliers to ensure awareness of available inventory.
6. Work closely with our contract hire team to ensure we capitalize on internal opportunities.
7. Identify upselling opportunities.
8. Build solutions and problem-solve to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
9. Ensure all internal systems are updated such as CRM and Pipedrive.
The above list of duties is non-exhaustive and additional duties may be requested by your line manager.
