We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our rapidly growing Rail team. You will work from home and be required to travel to our Rail customers and clients throughout the UK when needed.
What you’ll do:
* Build, develop, and take ownership of the Business Development strategy for the Rail sector.
* Drive sales and profit growth for the Rail business.
* Maintain and improve customer satisfaction and advocacy.
* Ensure bid and proposal feedback and reviews are conducted.
* Provide Account Management to some of our existing clients.
* Utilise data from across the Rail business to establish leads and sell Rail Comms Solutions.
* Work on Product and Solution-based projects.
Who you are:
You will have previously worked as a Business Development Manager within the Rail communications sector and have:
Key requirements:
* Previously Account Managed and Provided Rail Comms Solutions to Rail clients.
* Utilised data and reports to investigate potential Solutions for Rail clients.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
* Work closely with the Telent Rail team to gain all relevant information and data required for providing a solution.
