Work
Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you’ll do at work
You will learn how to plan, install, service, commission, and maintain all aspects of a low carbon heating system. Customer service skills will be very important in the success of each stage, as well as being organised, tidy, and respectful. All of this will be further developed and supported by time spent working with and for Vaillant Group – whether that be in our service, training, product, or industrial areas or working with a selected partner/installer. You will also be placed with one of our installer partners to gain valuable work experience and attend Derby College.
