We have an incredible opportunity for a Change & Transformation Office Analyst to join our Change & Transformation team on a permanent basis based in the Darlington office (hybrid based).

The role
As the Change & Transformation Office Analyst, you will be a valued member of the C&T Office team providing expertise, challenge and advice on governance, quality assurance and controls. This role will support and enhance the effectiveness of project management processes across Change & Transformation and will involve overseeing the execution and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, and maintaining consistent project governance. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK.
The person
We are looking for someone with experience either as a Change & Transformation Office Analyst or PMO, who has proven experience in supporting project portfolios and providing project governance in a complex, multi-project environment. You will have the ability to produce comprehensive reporting, presentations and MI for various board and senior leadership meetings. Evident knowledge and experience of using industry standard Change and Transformation Office tools is key to succeed in this role. Experience within either the Financial Services or Pensions industry would be a distinct advantage. As the Change & Transformation Office Analyst, you will have the ability to deliver clear communication to a variety of stakeholders cross functionally within Railpen and will have an analytical approach to problem solving. The ability to work using your own initiative is key for this role, as is having the courage to have a view on difficult decisions. Organisational skills and a proven ability to adapt and re-plan due to competing or changing priorities is key. The successful candidate will be keen to introduce new ideas and ways of working to help develop best practice within Change.
