Reporting into the Managing Director, the purpose of this role is to lead the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, managing a team of marketing executives and content creators to produce engaging, on-brand strategy for a number of brands across the hospitality, events and corporate sectors. Responsibilities Social Strategy Show a clear understanding of a client’s brand, positioning and target demographic and use this to develop digital strategy and campaigns that resonate with clearly defined audiences Manage the implementation of digital marketing strategies, overseeing the wider team to ensure all relevant creative assets and content is created for digital campaigns, website and other digital channels Paid social Keep up to date with organic and paid digital marketing developments and trends and feed them into strategy CRM Marketing Delivery of client’s CRM campaigns Identify, asses and analyse customer data to support with campaigns Reporting and analysis Oversee the delivery of monthly marketing reports for client accounts Staying up to date on all digital marketing trends Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing strategies Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners Working within a tight knit team and maintain relationships with staff across multiple sites Taking direction from and reporting to account directors on client projects Manage and develop the skills of a small but dynamic team of marketing executives and content creators Skills/Experience 3 years experience in a marketing role 1 years experience in a management role 1 years experience of managing a team Hands-on experience of implementing, running and analysis paid social campaigns Extensive experience of social media and digital marketing management and strategy Experience of using and reporting on paid social and Google Analytics Experience of compiling and presenting reports, research pieces, analysis, and strategy Excellent copywriting skills and attention to details with an ability to easily adapt TOV between different brands Excellent communication, time management and presentation skills A strong understanding and experience of digital marketing campaigns Flexible and adaptable with a passion for growth both personally and for the company Experience in the hospitality, events and/or corporate worlds will be an advantage A passion for all things cultural, whether it be music, food, drink, art, cinema, more A passion for digital marketing and its trends Apply If you think this is the role for you, please send a CV and Cover Letter to bensuperfriendz.com by Friday 15th November at 5pm We particularly welcome applications from persons of under-represented communities in the arts and cultural sectors including LGBTQ, Disabled, Neurodivergent, and those from Black, Asian and minority ethnic backgrounds.
