Key Responsibilities: Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and take minutes during meetings. Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations. Project Support: Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of key projects and initiatives. Provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables. Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate logistics for executive events, meetings, and conferences, including handling invitations, follow-ups, and on-the-day arrangements. Data & Records Management: Ensure accurate filing, record keeping, and management of office databases while maintaining confidentiality. Financial Administration: Process expense reports, assist with budget management, and support invoicing and financial planning. Office Operations: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office logistics, including lunch orders and space management. Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-quality documents and presentations. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software tools. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
