The vacancy
The University Campus North Lincolnshire (UCNL) and University Campus Doncaster (UCDon) are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Programme Leader for our HE Construction and Built Environment programmes, validated through Pearson. The successful candidate will be responsible for programme management, teaching, and providing personal academic support to our students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Programme Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HE Construction and Built Environment programmes, ensuring smooth and effective delivery.
2. Teaching: Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to students, inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
3. Student Support: Provide personal academic support, guiding students through their academic journey and helping them overcome any challenges.
4. Quality Assurance: Participate fully in university subject-based committees and examination boards, liaise with external examiners, and implement quality assurance and enhancement processes.
5. Innovation and Collaboration: Work collaboratively across UCNL and UCDon to develop innovative and creative approaches to learning and teaching, seeking out opportunities to strengthen and expand existing provision.
