OneMedical Group are looking for a Service Coordinator at Bracknell Urgent Care Centre to support the day-to-day running of this busy urgent care centre. This is an interesting and busy role for someone looking for a new challenge where they can really make a difference. The successful candidate would be joining a dedicated team, passionate about supporting our patients and each other.
Main duties of the job
Ideally you would have previous experience in a similar coordinating or project management role, and be happy working across a variety of tasks and managing team deadlines. We're looking for a self-starter who will get stuck in from day one, helping to manage the daily requirements of an Urgent Care Centre. previous experience working in a healthcare setting would be great, but we are also interested in hearing from anyone with strong organisational and office skills.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the post holder will be responsible for quality, business, workforce and financial planning, and will work closely with their team and the wider Group to support local and company wide objectives.

Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE level
Experience
* Evidence of leading a team
Skills and Knowledge
* Good understanding of autonomous practice within a minor illness/Urgent Treatment centre and the roles that deliver this
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload.
* Proven ability to work as part of a team.
* Demonstrate Enthusiasm and self-motivation
* Knowledge of the CQC Key lines of Enquiry (KLOE)
* Knowledge of government targets and initiatives and N.I.C.E. guidelines and their impact on clinical practice.
* Computer literacy and IT skills
* Good understanding of finance and budgetary requirements
