As part of their continued growth, my client is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide essential support to senior members of the team. The Role:
As a Personal Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the leadership team by ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
The Responsibilities:
Previous experience with Xero
Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of senior team members.
Preparing documents, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
Organising travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries as needed.
Maintaining and updating records, ensuring they are well-organised and accessible.
Acting as a gatekeeper, managing the flow of information and prioritising tasks effectively.
Supporting the team with general administrative duties and project-based tasks.
The Candidate:
Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a small, collaborative team
