The Planet Group have recently been engaged by a market leading Aerospace company who are looking for a friendly and reliable part-time receptionist to join the team in Crawley As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Take and pass on messages as necessary. Maintain and top up the office coffee machine to ensure it's always ready for use. Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they sign in and are granted access as needed. Qualifications: Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not required.
