How you’ll make a difference
The Assistant Solutions Manager, Payroll and Change will manage end-to-end payroll operations with precision and efficiency, using your operational technical knowledge of SAP HCM to enhance our business environment. You will deliver personalised colleague journeys across TSB, including preparing for and supporting delivery for the migration of our HR systems to the Cloud. You’ll demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset to drive simplification and creative solutions and play a pivotal role in delivering a major change programme, working in the payroll workstream.
What you’ll bring
* Experience: 1 to 2 years of operational end-to-end payroll management and deep knowledge of payroll legislation
* Change Management: Proven experience of taking a key role in a major change programme, preferably in a payroll workstream
* Technical Skills: Strong operational knowledge of SAP HCM
* Innovative Thinking: Ability to drive continuous improvement and implement creative solutions through self-learning

Selection process
* 1st stage - 30 minutes MS Teams exploratory chat with the Hiring Manager.
* 2nd stage - Face to face competency/technical based interview in our Edinburgh office with a Payroll exercise.
