As Sales Administrator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our sales, dispatch and delivery processes. You will be responsible for administering the full sales cycle from order receipt through despatch, invoicing and payment.
Duties:
* Monitoring all sales channels (wholesale, retail, email, phone) for new orders and entering new orders into an order management system.
* Checking customer orders are correct for product, pricing, sales and delivery terms.
* Scheduling customer orders for delivery date according to region.
* Invoicing customers and sending statements of account and payment reminders.
* Assisting with the dispatch of retail orders and the creation of shipping labels.
* Maintaining sales records and generating reports for senior management.
* Responding to customer queries and complaints and providing excellent customer service.
* Issuing customer credit notes as required.
* Reconciling customer payments with customer invoices.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all sales order management ensuring all orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
* Ensuring orders are scheduled for delivery to maintain efficient delivery operations.
* Ensuring customers are informed of any discrepancies with their order and responding to requests for changes.
* Responsible for accurately and timely Accounts Receivable processes.
