Oakleaf are partnered with an established and well-respected client within investment management, who are seeking a Graduate Recruitment Advisor to join the team on a 12 month basis to support the team through the cyclical attraction and development processes. This role is integral to the delivery of graduate recruitment as well as the ongoing training & development of analysts and interns.Key Responsibilities:Support end to end graduate recruitment activities ensuring an excellent experience building relationships across all levelsOrganise recruitment events, campus fairs, managing bookings, sourcing event speakersCoordinate end to end recruitment process from candidate engagement to feedback.Screen high volumes of applications for programmes including CVs and video applications.Help organise assessment centres; preparing material, sourcing assessors, briefing candidates prior to assessment centres and final round interviewsSchedule final round interviews with senior stakeholders and candidates; organising panels of business stakeholdersManage initial onboarding acting as a first point of contact for all candidates during recruitment processesSupport the coordination of internship and Industrial Placement programmes, organising facilities and materials for trainingHelp to co-ordinate continuing education programme schedule, setting up training sessions overseeing logistics and event preparationPrepare reports and pull people data on training needs analysis.Key Skills:Experience of full graduate recruitment cyclesFinancial or Professional Services background would be beneficialConfident communication style to engage with senior stakeholders and studentsAbility to work at pace with strong organisational skillsHybrid working available
