Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the project team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
2. Manage and maintain A-Site software for document control and project tracking.
3. Coordinate meetings, site reports, and project documentation.
4. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure effective communication.
5. Handle health & safety paperwork, compliance records, and general site admin tasks.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in construction administration or site-based admin roles.
2. Proficiency in A-Site software (essential).
3. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
4. Ability to multitask and support a busy construction team.
5. Excellent communication and IT skills.
