This is a key role within the company where you will be working closely with the wider team on a daily basis. The role suits an individual with strong AV, construction, or technical project management experience. In this role, you will be required to deliver projects that adhere to key specifications, are on time, on budget and to our client's satisfaction. You will ensure that all members of the project team and projects are directed in an organized, efficient and effective manner. You will be required to develop and maintain a respectful, collaborative relationship with all internal project teams. You will be working under pressure and to tight deadlines which will require a calm and organised approach.

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage project requirements and objectives, including, but not limited to; financial, technical, programme, construction and production coordination, materials, personnel and scopes of work
2. Ensure that projects are completed in a timely, efficient manner to clients' satisfaction and in compliance with all contractual obligations
3. Manage multiple projects, clients & stakeholders
4. Prepare and manage project schedules, reports, health & safety documentation & other relevant project documentation
5. Provide and maintain quality communication & updates to key stakeholders through the project lifecycle
6. Communicate project progress and statuses, internally and externally with the client, through regular daily, weekly, and monthly project logs, reports and updates
7. Manage changes to schedules, scope and equipment lists
8. Manage and communicate risk, actions, issues and dependency areas, both commercially and technically, internally and externally with the appropriate client and internal teams
9. Coordinate with technical project managers to ensure the successful production of technical documentation and drawings
10. Coordinate with the office admin team to arrange materials & consumables orders
11. Coordinate with the rack build manager & team to assist with the successful production of racks, lecterns & equipment
12. Work closely with the Sales and Account Management Team to assist with quotations, bill of materials and tender responses
13. Coordinate with On-Site Installation teams and Technical Project Managers to ensure all the necessary information, resources and tools are prepared ahead of rack builds and site mobilization
14. Coordinate with the on-Site Commissioning Team assisting with preparation of a test and commissioning schedule, including management of paperwork and client sign off
15. Oversee the Projects' site managers and installers
16. Coordinate on-site training and administer client sign-off
17. Ensure that final documentation packages (operations and maintenance manuals, as-built schematics, etc.) are prepared and contract close-out occurs in a timely manner
18. Manage internal wash up meetings with various project teams and functions to review challenges and solutions for future projects
19. Coordinate invoicing with Sales Team and assist in collecting accounts receivable
20. Perform other activities and assume further responsibilities as projects demand and/or as directed
Skills and Qualifications
1. Very proficient IT skills: Excel, Outlook, Teams
2. Working knowledge of an internal e-mail system
3. Excellent attention to detail and record keeping
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, critical thinking, risk management, and relationship management skills
5. Knowledge in Audio/Video technologies and integration preferable
6. Strong knowledge of construction management and experience working with general contractors, architects, electrical contractors, etc
7. Ability to comprehend and clearly communicate technical requirements/specifications to non-technical team members, clients, and management
8. Ability to create, read, and edit contracts, schedules, budgets, complete project plans, technical documents, etc.
9. Ability to read & comprehend technical drawings and documentation
10. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and tasks simultaneously
11. Ability to interface well with clients and co-workers and to engage with other staff effectively
